the location was fine, i guess. it's near some shops.
the service felt off. i asked for a wake up call, and it just didnt happen. also, the minibar never got refilled , and thats just lazy.

rude staff memberaccusatory behavior
i must say, i was quite disappointed. the encounter with a staff member was particularly jarring. i was walking with my child when a staff member rudely shouted at me from down the hall, demanding my room number. it felt accusatory and unwarranted, especially given the security measures in place.
